Position Overview:
Future Schools is looking for a passionate and dedicated English Language Teacher to join our team. Key responsiblities
Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English language lessons that meet the needs of students at various proficiency levels.
Student Assessment: Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.
Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs to stay updated with the latest educational trends and methodologies.
Parental Engagement: Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and any areas of concern.
Extracurricular Activities: Contribute to the school community by participating in extracurricular activities and school events.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field. A teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is required. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international school setting.
Skills:
Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.
Proficiency in using educational technology and resources.
